- Clearance or final sale items
- Items purchased outside the 30-day return window

3. Return Process

- Obtain a return authorization number (RMA)
- Ship the item back to us in original packaging (prepaid shipping preferred)
- Include your RMA number inside the package
- Refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt
4. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary by financial institution (typically 5 to 10 business days). Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
5. Exchanges
For exchanges, please follow the return process and place a new order. We will provide a refund once your return is received and approved.
